    TRA have a database of more than 25,000 IT providers across the Asia-Pacific region and can assist with targeted searches for acquisitions using criteria including revenue, staff, customer segment, geography, skills and solutions. We track M&A transactions in the market and can provide guidance on valuation for purchase or sale and also assist with commercial due diligence for prospective acquisitions.
