To understand the impact of AI in ANZ, we undertook a survey in conjunction with Dicker Data and Microsoft, of more than 500 SMB businesses in the ANZ region on their current understanding, usage and plans around Generative AI. The report provides a summary of the key findings of the research and provides guidance to partners on how they can capitalise on the opportunity.
