We've been looking back at some of the projects we conducted in the last 18 months and this one stood out for how much of a change it represents in SMB technology buying. TRA worked with AWS across the entire Asia Pacific region to understand SMB demographics and tech buying journeys. One outcome was the move to using Amazon to sell software (and not just the AWS marketplace). This process kicked off in India.
