The presentation was a forward looking perspective on what the Partner of the future will look like and was based on research from a recent study conducted by TRA in conjunction with CRN of over 500 customer, partner and vendor organisations across Australia. The research examined how changing buyer behaviours will cause a re-alignment throughout the existing customer-partner-vendor ecosystem and ultimately lead to a new breed of partners emerging in the market.
